I'm looking for a spice model for a BF991 and it looks like it may be
obsoleted by the BF998. Is that correct?

If so does anyone have a link to a BF998 model?

thanks

Leon

Thanks for the model. Do you know if the 991 has been discontinued? I'm
starting to compare the two datasheets and the first thing that sticks out
is the 991 is 20v max and the 998 is 12v max indicating to me that the 998
is likely a smaller geometry and newer process.

Looks like the 991 is still for sale. After reviewing the parametrics on
991 thru 994 it appears they are just sorts of the same die but there's no
model available for the 991. Strange.

I'll use the model for the 994 which is close enough for my purposes.

According to the Philips (NXP) website, it is still available but only in smd version.

The website lists them as being in stock at Digikey, Mouser and Newark.
