I put up another video. This one is of an SSB transmitter cobbled together from various sources.
1. Dave Benson's `A Single-Board QRP SSB Transceiver for 20 or 75 Meters'
http://www.hellocq.net/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=152219
2. W8DIZ's RF Toolkits http://www.partsandkits.com/ 3. JBOT linear Amplifier by Ashhar Farhan http://www.phonestack.com/farhan/jbot.html
4. FCC-1/2 http://www.norcalqrp.org/
5. HFProjects PA-100 http://www.hfprojectsyahoo.com/sla5wamp.html
6 An Elecraft K2 is used for the receiver. http://www.elecraft.com

The video is on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njo4Z_8cdWs

congratulations tom!

the modules look quite useful. you seem to be working pretty good dx
with the design.
have you cut the throttle on jbot to prevent it from overloading the hf linear?

Yes, I can get 5 watts out of the JBOT but lowered the drive to it for the
reason you mentioned. I will play around a bit more and try it without the
linear. So far, I've been surprised at how easy it has been to get a QSO
going with 15 watts - even without a contest :). I'm sure I can do it with
less.
Thanks for your comments - and the JBOT.
