Hi Rich, I have bifilar magnet wire in 36 gauge, but the insulation is not easily removed. Tin will oxidize with time and won't conduct rf well, as will bare copper. Do you really need tinned wire, or would nickel coated be ok (most wire that looks 'silver' is not tinned (with tin or lead), it's nickel plated. If you can use magnet wire, I'm glad to send you some.
