Message Date From Subject 14889 2018-06-26 07:23:36 richj_focus Sine to Squar wave Hello:I am looking for a circuit to convert a sine wave from a signal generator to logic level square wave.The span of frequencies is audio to 500 mhz.I have seen such circuits using un-buffered gates as amplifiers and video amplifiers but i can not find them again.ThanksRichard

A series of mmics in cascode should do it.
