What is the actual proper range of drive required for a mini circuits SBL1? not the SBL1+ as that is the only data sheet I can seem to find. I have an R2 phasing board and want to drive it with an Analog devices DDS evaluation board I own and want to confirm what levels I need to properly drive this thing.

The SBL1 and the SBL1+ are electrically the same.
In Minicircuits 'speak' the "+" means that the package is lead-free in compliance with the RoHS requirements.
For most circuits, that is all that they currently offer.
